For the second consecutive year, two of my pictures was choosen to appear at the side of 156 others panoramas, among works from 553 other photographers in the 2011's Panobook edition.
This photographic challenge of panoramic images is edited and published by Kolor®, designer company of the famous softwares Autopano Pro® & Autopano® Giga. In this year the competition was opened to professional as also amateurs and quality of the participants as their work does not contradict itself...Learn more : Panobook on 2011...

There are long time ago, how long I remember I always had certain taste to press on the shutter mechanism... In this time it was the contrasted but intense moment when to wait for the final release taken out straight from of the photo lab ... Wooawww! Oooh! Etc., etc. It was always a surprise.
Today it is less a randomized task. We are shooting and we have the result in a quasi-immediate way. The technology evolved, but what enjoyed us " to take one photo " or " to make a photo ", "to see" an image, remained intact.
Displeases certain big literary people there, an image builds up itself just as much as it takes itself....
If you are not convinced, I propose you a small funny experiment. Have a meeting with some friends, all equipped with their camera and ask them to shot the same subject. You will see; the result will be really surprising... A single subject, glances any various.
So the ways of the creation are always whimsical and tortuous, they risingup as we dare to continue discovering the Paths of the Fate, the one that we drew in awareness or the one who imposes upon you early or late!
I thus propose you a small raid in my creative and roaming universe; coming up from images "photographed" to the pictures "created".

Il y a bien lontemps, aussi loin que je me souvienne j'ai toujours eu un goût certain pour appuyer sur le déclencheur...A l'époque c'était un moment contrasté mais intense que d'attendre les "épreuves" sorties tout droit du labo photo...Wooawww ! Oooh ! Etc, etc. C'était toujours un étonnement. Aujourd'hui c'est "moins" aléatoire. On "shoote" et on a le résultat de façon quasi-instantanée. La technologie a évolué, mais ce qui nous pousse à "prendre une photo" ou "faire une photo", à "voir" une image, est resté intact. N'en déplaise à certains grands littérateurs, une image se crée tout autant qu'elle se "prend"....
Si vous n'êtes pas convaincus, je vous propose une petite expérience amusante. Réunissez quelques amis, tous "armés" de leur appareil photo et demandez-leur de photographier le même sujet. Vous verrez ; le résultat sera vraiment surprenant...
Un sujet unique, des regards tous différents.
Ainsi les chemins de la création sont toujours capricieux et tortueux, ils ne se révêlent qu'au fur et à mesure qu'on ose continuer à arpenter les Allées de la Destinée, celle qu'on s'est tracée de façon consciente ou celle qui s'impose à vous tôt ou...tard !
Je vous propose donc une petite incursion dans mon univers créatif et vagabond ; allant de l'image "photographiée" à l'image "crée".

Ce recueil d'images panoramiques est édité et publié par la Société Kolor®, créatrice du fameux logiciel Autopano Pro® & Autopano® Giga.
